The terms governing the use of this website and of the WhatsApp channel of Molo Angioino Suites.
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the website moloangioinosuites.com and of the WhatsApp channel of the Molo Angioino Suites accommodation, both operated by:

2. Permitted use of the WhatsApp channel
The WhatsApp channel is intended for communications relating to bookings and stays: availability enquiries, information about the property, check-in and check-out instructions, assistance during the stay.
It is forbidden to send through the channel:
- unlawful content or content infringing third-party rights;
- harassing, offensive or discriminatory messages;
- unsolicited promotional messages (spam) or automated bulk messaging.
The operator may end the conversation and block the number in the event of a breach.
3. The WhatsApp channel is not an emergency service
The WhatsApp channel is not monitored 24/7 and must not be used to report emergencies. In case of urgency call the national emergency numbers: 112 (single European emergency number), 118 (medical emergency), 115 (fire brigade).
4. Response times
Any response times indicated are purely indicative. The operator does not guarantee an immediate reply nor the uninterrupted availability of the messaging service.
5. Costs
Sending and receiving messages is subject to the terms of your mobile operator and to WhatsApp’s terms of use. The operator does not charge any additional fee for using the channel.
6. Limitation of liability
The operator is not liable for interruptions, delays, failed deliveries or loss of messages caused by malfunctions of the infrastructure of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, of your mobile operator or of other third-party providers, nor for events beyond its reasonable control. Mandatory liability under the law remains unaffected.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes with users qualifying as consumers, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer’s place of residence or elected domicile, as provided by the applicable law; in all other cases the Court of Naples has jurisdiction.
